LinkedIn is on a redesign rampage. It has already made over its home page, profile page and Recruiter product. Next in line: mobile. The company revamped versions of its iPhone, Android and web apps to focus heavily on content and personalization, not just landing your dream job.

Wednesday’s update addresses the growing LinkedIn mobile usage, which now accounts for 27 percent of its unique visitors, up from 15 percent last year. Mobile page views have gone up 250 percent year over year. And the company found that mobile users aren’t browsing the social network in the same way as desktop users. The newly designed apps address these differences and put a new visually compelling update stream, full of stories and status updates, front and center.

Gmail offers us nearly 10 GB of free storage for our inbox. It might look sufficient enough but if you are an active user, over a period of time you very well might end up using all of the available space. Most of the time the culprit would be bulky attachments that sits in your inbox occupying unwanted memory. What to do in such a situation? You can buy extra storage from Google or other alternative would be to track down those email message containing large attachments and delete them. Gmail does offer an undocumented operator called “SIZE” which you can use to find bulky emails. EG: SIZE:1MB. After which you can select all those messages and trash them to reclaim space.

All one needs to do is visit the website of Snagfilms to view what some might call the infamous “Let’s Go Mets!” promotional film that features Mets stars like Dwight “Doc” Gooden, Mookie Wilson and Gary Carter mostly doing all kinds of hilarious antics set against a typically synthesizer-heavy 1980s soundtrack. To top it off, “Let’s Go Mets!” is hosted by Joe Piscopo, who at the time was two years removed from his tenure on “Saturday Night Live.”
